Return Policy
Your satisfaction as a loyal customer is very important to us. We do realize that issues occur. Our return policy is clearly listed below for your convenience in the unlikely event that you have an issue that may require additional assistance. **ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are accepted at the discretion of foofiepoochies.com. We do not issue refunds for any purchases but do offer store credit for future purchases. Every effort is made to accomodate sizing issues but it is our perogative and only store credit may be issued. The best way to avoid returns due to sizing issues is proper measurement. We provide sizing charts and guides to help you measure your dog. If you still are not sure please contact us especially for a custom made garment as there are NO RETURNS FOR CUSTOM MADES.
*We will no longer accept returns due to sizing issues if the difference in the size exchange differs by more than one size range in either direction. EXAMPLE: If you ordered a size small and you are requesting an exchange for a product smaller than an xsmall or larger than a medium, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HONOR THE REQUEST. If the sizing mistake was in customer error, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT IN THIS SITUATION. SORRY. *All returned clothing merchandise must be in its original packaging, complete with sizing tags, packaging materials, unworn and in "new" condition. No items will be accepted for returns/exchanges that have dog hair on them. If you are unsure of the sizing when you receive the garment, before you put garment on your pet, please measure your pet then the garment to assure fit. Once it has been tried on it is no longer returnable. This is to ensure that all our customers receive garments in new, excellent condition! *Returns are accepted if there is a defect in the product in all circumstances. You MUST contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will do everything we can to resolve this issue. **ANY CLEARANCE, SALE, PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM MADES, COSTUMES OR PERISHABLE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. THEY ARE FINAL SALE. Due to strict health regulations, NO RETURNS on TOYS, CARRIERS, BLANKETS or BEDS due to a pet's tendencies to mark their territory and their possessions. GUIDELINES FOR REQUESTING EXCHANGE OR CREDIT: ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM FOOFIEPOOCHIES.COM! NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY!!! 1. You must contact us via email or via phone to get exchange or credit approved. Every effort is made to accomodate our customers but it is solely at our discretion to make an exchange or issue a credit. 2. Once it has been approved you will be given an RA# via email. This must be included in the returned package. We will also provide the return address at this time to send back merchandise. 3. Returned items must be in its original, unused condition. This includes all the original documents, boxes and packaging with the tags attached to the item. 4. Packages returned without this RA# will be refused and returned to sender. Orders returned for credit without a RA# will incur a 20% restocking fee. 5. We will inspect your item/items to confirm that is unused and in original condition and packaging. Item must be postmarked within 7 days from the date we issued the RA#. It is our perogative to refuse items that have been used or are missing tags, etc.
