Availability
We are an online boutique and do not have a retail store. We do not carry a large inventory to keep our overhead low and keep our prices reasonable nor do we have a warehousing facility to house inventory. Typical order processing time is 3-5 business days if we have the products in our stock. Since many of our items are custom made or drop shipped directly by many of our vendors please allow approx 2-4 weeks delivery for those items. In some cases, your order may arrive in two shipments if some products are drop shipped from our vendors since we do not house every item ourselves.
Secure Ordering/Payment Methods
Your credit card transactions are secure with foofiepoochies. Our shopping cart is proudly hosted by PayPal which utilizes a Secure Socket Layering (SSL), which ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. When the "http" in the address URL changes to "https", this indicates you are now in the SSL secure area. You may experience a pop-up indicating that you are about to enter a secure area. Accepted forms of payment are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal accounts. At this time this is our only form of accepting payments. Foofiepoochies relies upon the accuracy of your online order information. We are not to be held responsible for customer typographical errors.
Custom Orders
Please note that many of our designs are “custom-made”. This means that the item was created specifically for your pet based on the size information you have provided to us. Questions about sizing, please contact us; foofiepoochies@gmail.com or 201.981.1433. For this reason, custom orders may not be exchanged, returned or refunded!!!
Shipping Policy
Foofiepoochies offers shipping within the continental U.S.(excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska). We regret to inform you that foofiepoochies is not currently offering International shipping outside the U.S.
The carrier service of foofiepoochies is US Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are available upon request. For tracking information please call us at 201.981.1433 or email contact@foofiepoochies.com.
Please understand that foofiepoochies has no control over delivery day or delivery time, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier. We cannot be held liable for any lost or delayed packages.
The shipping and handling charges below are for most items UNLESS you order heavier products, such as beds, carriages, or other like items,etc. There may be additional shipping charges based on the actual shipping charges charged by the carrier. We will contact you if the shipping charges are over the shipping charges below.
